1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nuzzle ("the Service"), operated at getnuzzle.pet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Opal Harmony IKE ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Nuzzle is an AI-powered pet companion app that provides breed-specific information, health tracking, and proactive reminders for dog and cat owners. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on veterinary knowledge sources.

3. Not Veterinary Advice

Nuzzle is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet. In an emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Family) are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Free trials last 14 days. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Submit false or misleading pet health information to manipulate responses
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its knowledge base, AI models, algorithms, and design, is owned by us. Your pet data and conversations remain yours. We do not use your personal pet data to train AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We specifically disclaim all liability for decisions made based on AI-generated pet health information.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data including pet profiles, conversations, and health records. This action cannot be undone.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
